Quarantine Break Series: Maintain (4)

Welcome back!!! You have made it to week four.

To recap, we he have mastered the concept of self-love, planning, and breaking the cycle. Now, you have to actually maintain the 3 areas that you have strengthened.

Over the course of three weeks you have completely pivoted your train of thought. It's not going to be easy to keep it that way, especially since you are graduating from your comfort-zone and bad habits. I understand that trying something for the first time can be challenging and exciting, but if what you are trying is for the purpose of bettering your life, then you don't want to just do it once- you want to keep at it. You'll want to force yourself to do it over and over again until it becomes natural. Even when it comes natural, you'l want to intentionally maintain what you are doing.

Self-Love Maintenance

Self-love is a very simple concept to grasp; it should be an unconditional abundance of positivity to you from you. However, it can easily become wavering if you begin to lose confidence and second-guess yourself.

Yes, you found your self-love while under quarantine, but what about when the world goes back to "normal?" Will you abandon the better you that you've become? Or will you continue to rise?

Referencing back to week one, I told you that "you have to become your biggest fan... You cannot let social gatherings, opinions, people. money, and fame be the makeup and foundation of you. " I hope you did not take that lightly when I said that. If you are rooted you will be fine.

Planning Maintenance

Stick to the plan! You wrote a plan for a reason. You have the vision. Understand that the point here is to be more strategic and organized with how you go about your everyday life. So if you neglect the plan you wrote, you will have a hard time accomplishing your goals- if ever. Keep this in mind as you move forward after this series is over, Just know that once you start checking things off of your list, your progression is unstoppable. Once you are no longer checking things off of your list, you're being stagnant and are stoppable.

Breaking The Cycle Maintenance

The big takeaway here is to remember that you need to avoid "going with the flow." This is the easiest way to get back into your habit or your curse that was over you. Remember to let go of your fear. Lastly remember to be intentional with your movements. Meaning, know why you are doing whatever it is you are doing (don't go with the flow.)

Please stay tuned for 1 more week for the remainder of the Quarantine Break Series!!

LOVE LACIE

Breaking the cycle is the most important practice for me. When I can focus on breaking the cycle, all of my other practices seem like second nature.
